I recently visited the grocery store in search of gluten-free products. Oatmeal is an easy and fast breakfast, if you’re like me I need to get up and go in the mornings. I very rarely have time to spend preparing breakfast. I came across this oatmeal, and I was instantly interested because of the ingredients!
This “nuts and seeds” oatmeal has chia seeds, gluten-free oats, almonds, quinoa flakes, amaranth flakes, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and flax seeds. What an ingredient list! I absolutely love the pumpkin seeds and almonds, and they stand out the most to me.
All you need to do (if cooking in the microwave, as I do), is add which fruit you like (but it tastes amazing without any too), add water, cook for 3 minutes, and you have a tasty and fast breakfast ready.
Because this oatmeal has chia seeds, quinoa, flax seeds, and the other nuts, you will definitely get a good source of protein and fiber.
I’m completely impressed with the quality and taste of these oats!
I have nothing but great things to say about this oatmeal! I did not, however, find anywhere that this could be purchased online that seemed legitimate. I purchased this oatmeal for $4.19 in-store.
