Small Sephora and Target Haul

Happy Thursday everyone! (One more day until the weekend, whoo!) Okay, well I decided to post a haul on what I purchased from Sephora and Target today. I was going to wait a while longer, but I was in need of these products. I intended to buy everything online instead of in-store, but like I mentioned…I couldn’t wait any longer. Sephora Purchases:

  • Urban Decay All Nighter Make-up Setting Spray (1.0 fl oz) $14
  • Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion (0.20 fl oz) $12
  • Too Faced Poreless Pure Primer (1.0 fl oz) $30
  • BeautyBlender (Limited Edition-Red Carpet) $20
  • Clarisonic Replacement Brush Head (for delicate skin) $27

(Prices are rounded to the nearest dollar)

I purchased mostly sample sized products because they are less expensive, I don’t use make-up often, and they are convenient when traveling. I did not originally want the “Red Carpet” BeautyBlender or the “delicate skin” brush, but it was all they had. I guess I went at a weird time, because they were out of almost everything. However, I don’t think the brush head makes a significant difference, and the red BeautyBlender is growing on me.

Target Purchases:

  • EOS (Evolution of Smooth) Shave Cream (7 fl oz) $4
  • Tend Skin Liquid Solution (4 fl oz) $16
  • Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder (0.49 oz) $4
  • Maybelline FIT Concealer (.23 fl oz) $6

My stop at Target was semi-impulse, but I’ve been meaning to purchase the Tend Skin solution for years, so I decided to take a look. I have a hard time with ingrown hairs and razor bumps, so I’m hoping this really does the trick! My problematic skin is also the reason I purchased the EOS shave cream; a friend mentioned to me a while ago that their shave cream really moisturizes the skin. I purchased the pressed powder and concealer to replace my now gone, L’Oreal True Match powder and Maybelline Lumi concealer. I used the FIT products when they first came out, but since had switched to L’Oreal because my local drugstore didn’t carry my color, so we’ll see how well they work this go around. I felt totally guilty for spending the money I did on these products, but it has been a long while since I’ve been able to “spoil” myself. I hope you enjoyed this “impulse post”! Coming soon: Creative Blogger Award Nomination by Greybijoux, and my GlossyBox Subscription post.

In the meantime, it’s back to studying for me. Have a great day!

    1. Does it crease in “fine lines”? I’m hoping that it doesn’t set into my “laugh-lines”, but I’m sure regardless that I’ll love it. I’ve heard good things. 🙂
