Sisterhood of the World Bloggers

Thank you to That Piggy Chick, she has nominated me for the Sisterhood of the World Bloggers Award!

I would have posted about this immediately (because I was flattered and excited), but I’ve just started the spring school semester, and stress has initiated “woo hoo…”

So here we go! (I apologize in advance, this post is long.)

10 Questions and My Answers:

  • What is the best compliment you have received?
    One I will never forget…
While working in retail, an older polite gentleman told me that I smiled with my entire face (that my face lights up), and to never let that fade.
  • If you had a superpower, what would it be?
It’s funny my sister asked me this just the other day. I told her jokingly, Telekinesis, so that I could be lazy. I’d actually choose Teleportation, so that I could easily travel the world!
  • What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
“Crazy” could be interpreted differently…but something that comes to mind is being in a “street race”. Okay it was more so on the highway, but we were definitely going over a hundred mph, and “play racing” three other cars. I was terrified, but it was still exciting, mostly because of the adrenaline rush. (I would have never done this on my own, nor do I encourage anyone to drive recklessly.)
  • What are you hobbies?
Is Netflix a hobby…? Okay…probably my most interesting hobby is drawing, but recently it’s more so blogging any chance I get.
  • If you were an animal which one would you be?
This is one question I’ve never thought about, but I have been called a Panda. I’m not sure why, but maybe it has something to do with my fondness of the Japanese culture, and my laid-back personality (like Pandas).
  • What do you believe the most interesting thing is about yourself?
Hmm,”most interesting” is a tough question for me, because I can’t think of anything incredibly interesting.
I do draw, like to take photographs, love tea, my thumb is double-jointed, I have a fascination for trees, my ancestors were French, Indian, and Mexican (to name a few)…um, and I click my teeth twice and pucker my lips when thinking about finances. (I guess that was more like “random facts” about me, but that should do, right?)
  • If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be
My first response to this question is…Anywhere my immediate family lives. I do want to travel to many places, but home should be quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. I’m sorry but I can’t choose any one spot, other than near to family.
  • Do you have a nickname, if yes, what is it?
Yes, I do actually. I’m not a fan of it, but my family thinks it’s funny. My nickname is “Tito”. When my little sister first started to talk she couldn’t pronounce my name correctly, so somehow “Tito” was heard by my parents, and it just stuck.
  • What is your favorite time of the day?
Well I’m not exactly a morning person, and not so much a “night owl” either, but I do love to see the sunrise on the way to work, and the sunset on the way home.
  • What is the best present you have ever received?
I can’t choose just one, but I can say my top 3. First, I’d have to say a GameCube from my parents(I still have it). Second would be my hearts necklace from my boyfriend, and I wear it everyday. Thirdly, my grandmother wrote me a card one year, and the words perfectly suited my life at the time.

10 Nominee Questions:

  • Who do you admire most in life?
  • If you could witness any event of the past, present, or future, what would it be?
  • What age do you feel right now and why?
  • What object or item have you owned the longest?
  • If a Genie gave you three wishes, what would they be?
  • What do you believe the most interesting thing is about yourself?
  • If money was no object, what would you do all day?
  • What is the best compliment you have received?
  • Where do you want to travel most, but have never been?
  • If you could be a animated character, who would you be?

  1. Street racing is crazy scary. My top limit is 85 mph, so I’m not winning any races. I only go that fast on highways, when I’m not paying attention to the speedometer, but I am driving along with the rest of traffic.

You must work a long day if you get to see both the sunrise and the sunset going to and from work.

I’ll never call you by your nickname. That’s a funny thing you do when thinking about finances 🙂

    Thank you for the nomination!

    1. I myself would never go over 85 either, my boyfriend was the one driving (he’s a “car fanatic” and was having a blast “racing” the other cars.)

Well it’s a combination some days between work, school, and picking my grandmother up from her dialysis appointments.

      Thank you! 😀
I had no idea I did, until one of my friends told me, and then another later.

You are welcome very much! Thanks for sharing!
